many thanks for visiting our stand at the last Anuga in Cologne and for your interest on our seaweed and algae products and other delicatessen of the sea. According to our conversation there, I send you some information about our company and the distributor in Benelux.
We have specialized ourselves in the production of high-quality delicatessen of the sea like monkfish liver, mussels in pickle sauce with seaweed, sea urchin, and a wide variety of seaweed, which we are very proud to deliver to the most innovatives cooks like Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck, Ferrán Adriá of El Bulli, Carlo Cracco of Cracco Peck, and many other trendsetters which are listed on the top 50 of the best restaurants.
All Porto Muiños' products are free from any preservatives or additives. We have a commitment with the sustainability and preservation of the environment, harvesting our seaweeds in consultation with state institutions and universities and working on I+R projects to cultivate algae, which contributes to the environmental regeneration of areas that are subject to other types of marine cultivation and the preservation of natural resources.
