About a month ago Pastry In Europe 2009 was nominated for the most prestigious awards for international cookbooks, the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
That was already a big honour. Today, it got even better: PIE '09 is selected as the best Dessert Book from Belgium. With this price we enter the grand final in february in Paris, where we will hear if PIE '09 will be the BEST IN THE WORLD!
We keep our fingers crossed and hope that you'll do the same.
Even if we don't win that price, we are still proud that in a country so famous for its chocolates and pastry and with dozans of books about desserts every year, we have made the best in that subject.
To celebrate our price we will be at the Cookbook Fair in february 2010 in Paris, from 12 untill 15 february.
Publishers and authors from all over the world will be present with their books. See http://www.cookbookfair.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for more info.
