Kome Restaurant is seeking bright and passionate individuals to join our culinary team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our 7 to 10 person culinary team. Kome is a modern American eatery. Inspired by global cuisines, local ingredients, and memories of home, our chefs create menus influenced by their many adventures through the years.

KOME means EAT in Papiamentu, the language of the beautiful ABC islands. KOME brings a unique concept to Curacao with wood-fired meats, a professionally relaxed service style, and a commitment to green practices. Our bar program offers up signature cocktails, craft beer, and a unique selection of wines to enjoy in our fully airconditioned one-of-a-kind dining room.

The Sous Chef is a middle management position that requires an individual to have a professionally oriented mind and have some history managing kitchen personnel, menu execution and thorough cooking knowledge. The Sous Chef will organize and oversee all aspects of back of the house operations and some administrative day to day tasks. There is definitely room to grow in the function as well.
