Doel:
to make carbon dioxide in the kitchen

Benodigdheden:

A lemon
Bicarbonate of soda
Knife

Methode:
Cut the lemon in half and sprinkle some bicarbonate of soda onto the cut surface.

Resultaat:
The bicarbonate of soda will bubble and fizz and release carbon dioxide.

Conclusie:
The bicarbonate of soda reacts with the citric acid released from the lemon to make carbon dioxide.
